Module Overview – Growth Summit

The Connector phase ends with a 1-2 day Connector Summit that takes the team on deep dive into the market structure and market segmentation of the brand’s priority MarketSpace.
 
Growth Catalysts reviews all key learning with the cross-functional team and then taps into their learning and experience to build on GC’s insight. We then unveil a series of quantified and sized growth opportunities or DigSites the brand could choose to pursue in concept development (GC’s Converter Phase). We facilitate a number of team exercises which fosters debate within the team centered on which usage “moments” the brand should focus on winning and which DigSites within those moments the brand should or shouldn’t pursue for growth. This debate combines the data presented with management intuition to enhance team decision making.

 

 

The Connector Summit culminates in the team making the strategic choice of which usage “moments” they will focus on and which DigSites they will pursue for growth both in the short and long term. The team will also decide which ones won’t be pursued at all given strategic considerations. The team emerges from the Connector Summit focused and ready to move quickly into concept development or Growth Catalysts' Converter phase.
