Organic growth is essential for long term success.
Deliver the numbers has never been more difficult. Markets are stagnant, competition is fierce, and costs keep going up. Most companies have cycled through a series of “magic pill” initiatives like heavy-up cost reduction programs or M&A to make the numbers.
