Pipeline building workshop
Our method to help build the strongest new initiatives pipeline based on strength of idea/concept, resources, brand equity, complexity and business capacity/know-how.
GC works within each client’s NPD system to:
- Evaluate current platforms for potential growth initiatives.
- Evaluate new initiatives pipeline for gaps.
- Identify internal cycle times & key launch windows.
- Identify Team resources needed for each initiative (R&D, MR, etc.)
- Build recommended 3 year pipeline of initiatives to include:
Close-in actions (Refreshers, Quality Improvers, Segmenters)
Long Term Actions (New Occasioners, Invaders, Category Creators)
- Gain management alignment on priority growth initiatives.
