GC works within each client’s NPD system to:

  • Evaluate current platforms for potential growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate new initiatives pipeline for gaps.
  • Identify internal cycle times & key launch windows.
  • Identify Team resources needed for each initiative (R&D, MR, etc.)
  • Build recommended 3 year pipeline of initiatives to include:
    1. Close-in actions (Refreshers, Quality Improvers, Segmenters)
      Long Term Actions (New Occasioners, Invaders, Category Creators)
  • Gain management alignment on priority growth initiatives.
